If you have been craving for some adventure for too long and want to try something new, then snowboarding and skiing in Manali are really exciting activities. This 6-day tour is planned in such a way that a beginner, who has no prior experience on the snow, can easily learn this activity and have fun at the same time. After this venture, you will have enough confidence in your skills to ski or snowboard on your own.
Though there are a number of destinations for skiing in India, Manali stands out with its picture-perfect landscape. There is a reason as to why so many people throng this hill station every year. When the winter comes, the buzzing hill station sparkles under the thick layer of snow; making it great to indulge in some skiing adventure.
The thrill of the Manali snowboarding venture begins with your arrival in the hill station as an orientation session is planned on the very first day to get you used to handling the board. On the next day, the focus is on teaching you the basics. Therefore, an instructor will be there to train you on balancing, turning and braking. Next, it is time to see what you have learnt during training, so you are taken to Bunny Hill, where you can try the activity on gentle slopes. After the fourth day, when you slide down on beginner slopes, you will have gained ample confidence to snowboard on steeper slopes.
During the entire snowboarding camp in Manali, an expert guide is by your side to teach you the basics of the activity and help you learn faster. Taking the thrill quotient to a higher level is the 5th day, which brings you to more challenging slopes for a test.
