How to Reach
By Road:
Driving Route: Delhi – Meerut Bypass – Khatauli – Muzaffarnagar Bypass – Roorkee – Haridwar
Once you cross Haridwar, drive towards the campsite, which lies on the Devprayag-Badrinath road, 16 km ahead of the town of Rishikesh. Specifically, it is located in the village of Shivpuri. As you near this village, you can see the big ‘Shivpuri Bridge’, from where it is only a 5-minute drive to the entrance of the campsite.
By Rail:
The nearest railway station from Shivpuri is in Haridwar. A number of trains including Haridwar Mail, Dehradun Express, Dehradun Shatabdi, Dehradun Janshatabdi, Mussoorie Express and Utkal Express, connect Delhi with Haridwar, everyday of the week.
By Air:
The closest airport to Rishikesh is Jolly Grant Airport in Dehradun. Regular flights are operated between this airport and other important airports of the country by leading domestic airlines. Private taxis or buses can be availed from the airport to reach Rishikesh.
Open Season: Camping in Rishikesh at this campsite remains open for enthusiasts, all through the year.
