The 19-days Everest Base Camp Trek via Gokyo Lakes takes Adventure Nation trekkers to famous Gokyo Valley, which is the source of the grand Dudh Koshi River - the Ngojumba Glacier, the famous Cho La pass, and the very well-known viewpoints of Gokyo Ri and Kala Patthar along with Everest Base Camp. The trek traverses landmarks of Everest region in the company of high mountains, quaint monasteries happy Sherpas and prayer flags, along with the Namche Bazar, the National Park of Sagarmatha, and much more.

Gokyo, a hidden valley with gorgeous blue lakes in the lap of Himalayas, has its own reputation amongst our trekkers. Many of them yearn to visit the Gokyo valley as an add-trip during their Mount Everest Base Camp Trek and consider their Everest trek incomplete if they miss the trek to Gokyo Valley, the Gokyo Peak, and the famous pass of Cho La. The entire area is teeming with abounding natural beauty and fantastic Lakes. The visitors would enjoy 360 degree panoramic views of four summits above eighth thousand meters along with several other mountain peaks from the best view point of Everest Region, the Gokyo Ri. The panorama from this place is more stupendous than that from the Kala Patthar viewpoint.

This trek is graded as difficult and challenging, best for only physically fit and well experienced hikers. It is for passionate and experienced trekkers who can walk at least six to seven hours a day with a light rucksack and are zealous about overcoming tough challenges.
