This cycling adventure begins from a picturesque place, called Beni. The ride from Beni to Ghasa allows you to marvel at the sight of various waterfalls. This Mustang Muktinath cycling expedition also provides an opportunity to pay homage to Lord Vishnu and Padmasambhava at the revered Muktinath Temple. Overnight stays at amazing destinations like Ghasa, Jomsom and Marpha add another dimension to this Annapurna cycling expedition.

Itinerary:
Day 01: Arrival in Pokhara | Pokhara to Beni (899 metres | approx. 87 km)
On arrival in Pokhara, a charming city blessed with a mesmerising landscape, board a bus and travel to Beni. While on the road relish astonishing views of the surrounding snow-capped mountain peaks! The sight of numerous waterfalls along the way also treats your eyes. Beni is a small town, set amidst verdant hills and the confluence of the Kali Gandaki and Myagdi Rivers. This spectacular landscape has made the town a prominent stop among tourists. On reaching the town, transfer to the hotel for dinner and overnight stay.
Day 02: Beni to Ghasa (2010 metres | approx. 43 km)
Post breakfast, continue this Mustang Muktinath and Annapurna cycling expedition, and ride to Ghasa, a small village surrounded by vast mountains and forests of deodar trees. Moving alongside the Kali Gandaki River, breathe in fresh air and admire the wonderful landscape. Give this journey a break to savour delectable dishes during lunch. Numerous en route waterfalls also make this journey a delightful experience. On reaching Ghasa, enjoy dinner and stay overnight at the hotel.
Day 03: Ghasa to Jomsom (2800 metres | approx. 40 km)
This leg of the Mustang Muktinath cycling expedition takes you to Jomsom. After breakfast, start riding from Ghasa and travel towards the destination. The ride begins from a thick deodar forest and ends amidst barren mountains. On the way, stop for lunch and later reach Jomsom, a gorgeous village surrounded by magnificent snow-covered mountains. On reaching Jomsom, transfer to the hotel for dinner overnight stay.
Day 04: Jomsom to Muktinath (3710 metres | approx. 24 km)
Start your day with a healthy breakfast, and after that start riding towards Muktinath. A journey of over 20 km on mountainous terrain will make you paddle hard. Often called Mukti Kshetra, Muktinath is a sacred place for both Hindus and Buddhists. It is also one of the oldest temples of Lord Vishnu in Nepal. While travelling to Muktinath, stop for lunch and on reaching here transfer to your lodging. Willing tourists can visit the temple and pay homage to Lord Vishnu or Padmasambhava – a highly venerated Buddhist deity – depending on their respective beliefs. Thereafter, savour dinner and stay overnight at your lodging.
Day 05: Leisure Day in Muktinath
The following phase of the Annapurna cycling expedition is scheduled to be spent at leisure. This presents a perfect opportunity to explore the remarkable landscape of the region. In the evening, return to your lodging and stay overnight.
Day 6: Muktinath to Marpha (2650 metres | approx. 30 km)
This phase of the journey mainly involves downhill cycling. Post breakfast, hop on your bicycles and commence riding towards Marpha. Give this trip a break for lunch, and then ride till you reach your destination.
Marpha is famous for its apple gardens and is often called the apple capital of Nepal. There is also a monastery here that is highly revered by the local people. If you are willing and time allows, then you may visit this religious site. Thereafter, savour dinner and then stay overnight at your lodging.
Day 07: Marpha to Tatopani (1190 metres | approx. 44 km)
After having breakfast, take your bicycles to Tatopani village. This journey is mostly downhill and allows you to completely relish the breathtaking landscape of the region. Stop for lunch, and then continue the ride. On reaching the village, take a dip in the refreshing waters of the hot springs and rejuvenate your body and mind. In the evening, enjoy dinner and then stay overnight at your lodging.
Day 08: Tatopani to Beni (899 metres | 25 km) | Beni to Pokhara (87 km)
Start your day with an appetising breakfast, and then head to Beni. On reaching here, the cycling part of this adventure ends and you travel to Pokhara by bus.
The rest of the day can be spent at leisure at the hotel or you can set out to explore the region. This presents a fine opportunity to go for a boat ride in the popular Phewa Lake. The waterbody enjoys an excellent location, surrounded by verdant mountains and providing sights of distant snow-capped peaks. Take a break from this adventure and enjoy a flavoursome lunch. Thereafter, savour dinner and return to the hotel to rest.
Day 09: Departure from Pokhara
On this day of the Muktinath cycling expedition, enjoy breakfast and then disperse for your onward journey.
